For once Hunter will be the sensible one. XD So Duff/Torrington duel?

Who does Duff know well enough to have as a second, though? 'Cause Vickery'd be Torrington's second but Duff's not really been around long enough for people to get to know him on the board (I hope that made sense, anyway).

If Duff does not know enough people present at that moment, Edward would very likely ask Vickery whether he would be willing to act for Duff, because he would be Torrington's first choice for himself, and take whoever else is willing to act for him, so that Duff isn't at a disadvantage ... uh, did I mention that his lordship can be a romantic idiot?

(Duff would need to call him out, though, or provoke him enough that he stops thinking)

Oh, Duff would totally call him out if Torrington for once in his life says something careless.

On another note. I currently have a character (Duff) joining the army for a bit and he needs to hand off some papers at the HQ. I could of course just write that he did, but it'd be nice if somebody received them. One or two posts would suffice (unless you want more ) and I believe there are two Staff officer NPCs Latin_cat has generously authorised anyone on the forum to play. So, any takers?
