Welcome to the Realms of the Blood - a race gifted with strength and magic by the Dragons of old. Charged as Keepers of the Land and protectors of those not Blood, it is a decadent and dangerous world to live in.

In Terreille your wealth and caste is just as important as what court you've pledged yourself to. But behind the thin veil of sophistication and civility private wars are being waged between not only single courts, but across whole territories as well. You power is most often secured not by how dark your rank in the Abyss or the reputation of your family name, but by how far you are willing to go to acquire it. What it means to be Blood all but forgotten behind political intrigue, murder and seduction.

While Kaeleer, the one living Realm with the closest connection to the Darkness, is as primal and savage as it is beautiful. Animal Blood called Kindred roam freely through many still uncharted territories, often clashing with the human Blood who are rapidly expanding their own civilizations. A war of a different kind brewing should human Blood not learn to heed the warnings of their Kindred brethren tend their own lands. Corruption influenced by immigrants from Terreille poisoning what was once a pure and prospering realm.
