Appearance He has green eyes and black hair, and looks as though there may be Romany (gypsy) blood in his family. He takes pride in his uniform and his precious bugle.
Personality traits He takes his job seriously and fulfils his duties eagerly. He was born and brought up in the Army, and when his father died and his mother found herself a new man, he didn't want Cavender tagging along, so he was 'adopted' by the Riflemen of Captain Vickery's company, and is their unofficial mascot.
Who is authorised to play them Mainly me, but I don't mind lending him out.
