Sir,
as per orders of the 17th instant, Captain Fraser of the RHA and I are required to demolish the bridge located near the village of Pasarela. Said orders also suggest to include such subaltern officers as might benefit from the experience in the expedition.
To prepare for this undertaking, I will be hosting a meeting tomorrow at eleven o'clock in my tent, at which all officers you see fit to send shall be most welcome. Should you yourself find the time to attend, we should profit greatly from your experience and the improved communication between the different companies.
