enter the house of night, where the moon lights your path and the goddess nyx shapes your fate. in a world where vampyres and humans coexist, it takes the smallest spark to set the earth alight. but the rochester house of night aims to be a quiet escape from the chaos of ordinary life among humans, and until now, it has mostly succeeded.

the BLOOD VOW will be taken, and tensions will rise. the role of a vampyre fledgling will be re-defined, and nyx will make it clear, once and for all, where the world's loyalties lay.
