Davy turned to go, the weight of the sack comfortably in his pocket. He'd go straightaway to find Pye. Maybe Donnelly would learn to treat more fairly with him in the future, if he learned that he actually had some competition.

Well, two farthings was enough for Davy to go on detective-duty for Donnelly, though it wasn't enough to buy his bag of loot. He snagged them neatly out of the air. "Ah'll hev a keek aroond then," he nodded. "Wha' aa's missin'?"
