Lieutenant William Brady: Character request

Name: William Brady
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Nationality: British (it's an Irish name, so Anglo-Irish would work best)
Occupation: lieutenant in 5/60th Rifles
Description: Dark blond/light brown hair, with blue or grey eyes. He's rather lanky and hasn't yet grown into his arms and legs
Intended use/role: Brady is Vickery's senior Lieutenant. He's conscientious, though still learning his trade. He's cheerful, though nervous of getting things wrong.
I'd really like to have a second officer in the 60th for Vickery and the other Riflemen to interact with, and he would have plenty of plot opportunities. I have no PB in mind for him, so the face is totally open (so long as he's between about 16-18, or could pass for that sort of age).

Well, Delacroix has sort of taken on the role that this has for Brady, but regardless, I'm sure another Lieutenant would be welcome! And as far as availability goes, I'm pretty sure nobody's taken this on yet.
