Terpsy has been at anchor in the Douro river since the 22nd May, in-game time. IRL, she's been there for several months.

May I suggest we get her to sea in the next couple days game-time, before we run completely out of ideas to RP out? There's a stray French frigate hanging arounf that she ought to be investigating.

And in the same vein, I'd like to suggest that we don't have to have threads on every single in-game day. If we do that, we're probably going to run out of RP ideas rather quickly.

Yet, if other people seem to be skipping ahead, don't feel that you have to drop the very interesting thread you're in simply to join in with theirs. That sort of pressure is no fun, either.

I would like to remind you that you can have one character posting in more one thread at the same time, just as long as your character is not expected to be in two places simultaneously.

The orders sending Terpsichore to sea have been received and Bolitho is newly returned from meeting with Croker. Sailing ought to be happening soon, and then things can move along.

Mutinies, injuries, 'lost' things and where they've gone to, teaching people to swim by some force/order, meeting fellow ships and dining on board, perhaps picking shipwrecked men, sea monsters and mermaids (imagination mind), bad food turning up stomachs, no wind, bed bugs XD, madness induced by a fungus (and equally cured, by it being removed Wink ), theatre plays, French seamen loose/win, somebody paints a huge smiley on the sails that are to replace the damaged..without anybody noticing (ok, that was more a joke),...

... aww no more pub brawls?
