Breed (if known): English Thoroughbred
Regiment: 5/60th Rifles
Appearance: A dark chestnut gelding of about four years old and 14 hands high.
Character: Easy-going, disinclined to bite or kick. A little wary of strangers but willing to accept apples or carrots if strangers offer them. Brandy has belonged to Vickery since he was a foal, and is 'bomb-proof' - trained not to panic at explosions and other battlefield noises, sights or smells. He has also been trained to kick in defence in battle.
